ADJUSTED TRIAL BALANCE

An adjusted trial balance is a list of the balances of the ledger accounts that were created after preparing adjusting entries, it contains the balance of revenue and expenditure, together with the assets, liabilities and capital.

The adjusted trial balance can be used directly in the preparation of the statement of changes in equity, income statement and balance sheet.
